DESCRIPTION:The August Chamber Mixer will be held at Community Health's Allen Pond location (71 Allen Street\, Suite 101) on Tuesday\, August 27th\, 5-7pm. There will be great food\, a steel-drum band\, door prizes from Community Health\, Vibe Portrait Art\, Kamuda's Market\, Peter Huntoon Water Color\, BalanceWorks and more\, 50/50 cash raffle and a great opportunity to make new connections.\n\n \n\nAbout Community Health \n\nWe're still Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region\, but we've shortened our name to Community Health to make it easier to remember. Community Health is a group of seven comprehensive primary care centers and two dental practices providing care to approximately 75% of Rutland County residents. Community Health has locations in West Pawlet\, Shoreham\, Brandon\, Castleton and multiple Rutland locations. All sites are designated Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Homes for meeting national standards for care coordination and on-going quality improvement. All offices are accepting new patients. We offer Express Care in Rutland and Castleton for minor illnesses and injuries\, 8am to 8pm Monday-Sunday and walk-ins are welcome
