DESCRIPTION:Taste a variety of chili recipes and vote for your favorite in this community competition.\nFree to all\, no tickets required | Depot Park (Weather Location: The Hub)\n\nContestants: Sign Up to Enter by February 7\, 2026\n\n\n\nEnjoy delicious food and warm up while celebrating Winterfest. Chili tasting is free and open to the public! Samples available while supplies last.\n\n\n\nCONTESTANTS\n\n\n	Check in / Set up will begin at 10am\, Public Tasting from 11am-1pm\n	All contestants should bring a minimum of 3 Gallons of Chili! (enough for the Judges & the Public Tasting)\n	All contestants MUST have a paper listing the type of chili (Beef\, Chicken\, Pork\, or Vegetarian)\, Mild\, Medium\, or Hot & ALL INGREDIENTS visible at their booth! (Not your recipe or any increments... just what foods are in the dish so anyone with food allergies is aware before eating)\n	We have a power source available! Please bring your own long extension cord if you need to use power. No other equipment will be provided. Everyone entering will be responsible for providing all of their own equipment & utensils (tables\, tents\, crockpots\, cooking utensils\, etc.).\n	Tasting cups and spoons for the public will be provided at each contestant's booth. All chili should be pre-cooked & just warmed for tasting during the event!\n\n\n\nGroups can register by emailing Jason Coltey at jcoltey28@gmail.com.\n\n\n\nThis event is made possible by The Rutland Chapter of the Cairo Shriners.
