DESCRIPTION:This 6-week program is part of Vermont's FREE Healthier Living Workshop programming. \n\nThis is an evidence-based program for people diagnosed with diabetes. Focuses on techniques to deal with the symptoms of diabetes as well as the emotional consequences\, exercise\, nutrition and working more effectively with health care providers.
