DESCRIPTION:How to Start and Grow a Successful Business is a program with three opportunities for current or would-be small business owners who desire comprehensive knowledge for creating their business plan with a focus on positive cash flow.  The program is the brainchild of long-time business consultant and retired bank executive Bruce Share. \n\nThis introductory course reviews the complete 6-week course on business planning and financial modeling on an introductory level.  Participants should join this session to get a basic understanding for why they want to complete the full course.\n\nThe full 6 session course: During the full course\, participants will work to understand the importance for good planning\, how to develop their business plans and financial pro formas themselves under Bruce's guidance and will present the plan to fellow participants to a juried panel of business professionals for immediate feedback.  Starts Tuesday\, April 25th at 7:00 pm.\n\n\n\nJuried panels - participants will be given the opportunity to return as often as desired to participate in juried panels.  This will allow them to refine their business plans prior to presenting to sources of capital.
