DESCRIPTION:Join the City of Rutland\, the Police\, Fire\, and Recreation Departments\, and our community partners for the 2025 National Night Out at Meadow Street Park in Rutland\, VT!\n\nDogs and animals will not be allowed at the event due to the planned canine demonstrations. This includes vendors and the general public.\n\nLimited onsite parking!\n\nIf you are an organization interested in setting up a booth for National Night Out\, please fill out the form linked in the tickets section.\n\nFOR VENDORS:\n\nNational Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer\, better places to live. This year's event will be held at Meadow Street. We will be accepting 50 vendors and it is on a first come first serve basis. Please note: organizations are required to supply their own tables\, tents\, generators\, etc.\n\nThings to Consider Before Submitting Your Application:\n\nVendor booths must align with the vision of National Night Out\, City Police\, Fire and Recreation Departments.\n\nVendor set up is between 1:30PM-3:15PM - All vendors and partners must be set up by 3PM. We will not be able to accommodate if you arrive after 3:15PM.\n\nAll Vendors will be required to park in the designated Vendor Parking Lot. Vehicles will not be able to enter the event area between 3:30PM-7:15PM.\n\nIf you are bringing a trailer as a part of your booth\, please indicate on the form. You will be required to leave your trailer at your booth and park your vehicle in the designated Vendor Parking Lot.\n\nThis is a free event to the public\, all vendor activities and handouts are required to be free.\n\nThe deadline to submit your application is July 1st.\n\nWe will close registration if we reach our goal of 50 vendors before July 1st
