SUMMARY:Rutland Winterfest & Parker's Classic Autoworks' Chili Cookoff
DESCRIPTION:One cup of chili will rule them all! Sample chili for free while you stroll around Main Street Park during the Snow Sculpture Contest. \n\nPre-registered individuals and teams will bring their best recipes to the event. Both judges and visitors may try samples and decide who will take home the win!\n\nPrizes: \n\n	1st - $500\n	2nd - $300\n	3rd - $150\n\nAll contestants should bring a minimum of 5 gallons of chili\n\n(enough for the judges & the public tasting). All chili should be pre-cooked & just warmed for tasting at the event.\n\nCheck in & set up begins at 10:30am. Judging will begin at 12pm.\n\nContestants must have a visible paper at their booth listing the type of Chili they have:\n\n\n	beef\, pork\, chicken\, vegetarian\, etc.\n	hot\, medium\, or mild\n	and a list of all ingredients (Not your recipe\, or any increments\, just what food is in the dish so anyone with a food allergy is aware)\n\nEveryone will be responsible for their own equipment & utensils (tables\, tents\, pots\, etc.). Power is available upon request\, but bringing your own power & heating source is recommended. Tasting cups & spoons will be provided for the public at each contestants booth.
