Visit with trusted partners including MyHealthyVT\, Caring Canines\, Rutland County Health Partners\, VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region\, Community Care Network\, and many more to learn about programs\, services\, and supports available throughout the region. Attendees can also receive free basic health screenings and vaccinations for adults age 60 and older (while supplies and staffing are available)\, making it easy to take an important step toward better health in one convenient location. A free lunch will be provided by TRIO Community Meals\, giving attendees an opportunity to enjoy a meal while connecting with neighbors and community partners.
