24th Annual Homeless Prevention Center Candlelight Vigil

The Homeless Prevention Center is hosting Rutland County’s 24th annual Candlelight Vigil in Depot Park on Thursday, December 21st at 5:00pm. This outdoor event brings attention to the pain of homelessness many Vermont families and individuals endure. It’s also an opportunity to hear about successes and learn what’s being done in our community to reduce homelessness. Come hear stories of people who were formerly homeless, and light a candle as a symbol of your commitment to help end this heartbreak in our community. This event is open to the public and should last approximately a half hour. Candles and hot beverages are provided.
