61st Annual Rutland Halloween Parade
Join in on the celebration of a 61 year long tradition!!
The parade will begin at 6:30PM. Viewers are encouraged to dress in the spirit of Halloween! The parade will be LIVE broadcast on PEGTV for those unable to attend.
