ALZHEIMER’S Support Group
Monthly Alzheimer's support group for caregivers and family members to share feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Led by a Community Health Care Manager.
The hour-long monthly caregiver support meetings start at 4 p.m. and are for caregivers who care for a person with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Participants come to the meeting to support one another and share their stories and advice. It’s a safe space where caregivers help caregivers.
