The Chaffee Art Center invites you to attend our 59th Annual Art in the Park Fall Foliage Festival featuring fine artists and craft persons, specialty foods, kid's activities, and musical entertainment. The festival will be held in the Main Street Park in Junction of Routes 4 & 7 in Rutland, Vermont.
