Kellie will guide an hour-long yoga session designed to explore the needs of the different doshas (individual constitutions) as well as address common imbalances that may arise in the fall/winter. After a lovely autumn inspired snack, Christina will guide us towards connecting with our sacred nature as well as how to automate nourishing daily self-care practices that inspire warmth, connection & comfort.
