CEDRR Legislative Breakfast

  2. CEDRR Legislative Breakfast

CEDRR will hold a Legislative Breakfast sponsored by Omya, Inc.

This is your opportunity to discuss upcoming topics with our Legislative Delegation and meet Megan Sullivan, VP of Government Affairs from the State Chamber of Commerce, who will be our guest speaker.

Megan Sullivan, Vice President of Government Affairs for the Vermont Chamber of Commerce.

Megan leads the statewide Chamber’s policy and advocacy work at the Statehouse, representing employers of all sizes and sectors as Vermont’s legislative priorities take shape. With deep experience in economic development and public policy, she works closely with lawmakers, state agencies, and business leaders to ensure Vermont’s policies support growth, affordability, and long-term economic vitality.

As the 2026 Legislative Session gets underway, Megan will provide an overview of the Vermont Chamber’s 2026 Legislative Priorities, including efforts to improve affordability, modernize regulatory and permitting systems, strengthen the workforce and housing pipeline, and support key industries that drive Vermont’s economy. She will also offer early insight into how the session is unfolding, what issues are gaining traction in Montpelier, and what the business community should expect in the months ahead.

This is a valuable opportunity for employers, community leaders, and stakeholders to hear directly from the statewide business voice about the policy landscape ahead and how legislative decisions this session may impact businesses and communities across Rutland County and Vermont.

The breakfast will take place on Monday, January 26th, 2026 at 7:30am at Southside Steakhouse. The cost is $25 per person and includes a breakfast buffet.

The Legislative Series is made possible by the generous support of Omya.

Therefore, the CEDRR Board condemns racism and welcomes all persons, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, age, or disability, and supports the protection of these classes. As an organization, we condemn discrimination in all of its forms and commit to fair and equal treatment of everyone in the communities we serve.
