The Champlain Philharmonic will be presenting its Fall Concert Series at the Town Hall Theater in Middlebury on Saturday, October 12th at 7:30pm and at Grace Congregational Church in Rutland on Sunday, October 13th at 4pm. The orchestra will welcome Cricket Blue which is a duo of master storytellers Laura Heaberlin and Taylor Smith who create music that is haunting, mesmerizing, complex and rich with beautiful harmonies and imagery. The program will also include October by Eric Whitacre, D'un Matin de Printemps by Lili Boulanger, the Harry Potter Symphonic Suite by John Williams, Summer Dances by Brian Balmages, and Waltz No. 2 by Dimitri Shostakovich.
