Free Aerial Circus class

Join us for a free aerial circus class for all fitness levels age 8-88! Taking place at the Nimble Arts studio in Tinmouth, VT, this class is part of our workshop Intro to Teaching Aerials, and the coaches-in-training will be leading this 1 hr class. What should I expect? After a short warm up you'll get to try trapezes and aerial fabrics under the guidance of our coaches. Our equipment is low to the ground and we have 8" mats. so we can accommodate all bodies and fitness levels. How do I RSVP?
