Friday Night Live!

Summer marks the return of Friday Night Live! You asked, and we listened. This year, downtown will host a six-week series of themed evenings. 

Join us every Friday night from July 10th to August 14th to enjoy unique activities each week—from live music and food trucks to kids activities and more. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect with neighbors, rediscover downtown, and support local businesses while enjoying a lively and safe community.

About Friday Night Live
Friday Night Live returns in 2026 with an exciting new format! Reimagined as a six-week summer series, this beloved community tradition will now feature six themed Friday nights hosted in Downtown Rutland. Creating a vibrant and welcoming gathering space for our community.

This free evening series will take place from 5pm to 10pm every Friday night from July 10th to August 14th. Each week features a unique experience—such as Live Local Music and Food Trucks—bringing a variety of family-friendly experiences.

Center Street and Merchants Row are blocked off for the evening, and vendors set up along the streets in an open-air fashion while visitors enjoy a featured experience, outdoor dining, children's activities, and more.
