The Southwestern Vermont Council on Aging (SVCOA) and River's Edge Transitions will offer Grief & Aging: Sharing Loss Together, a six-week grief support group for older adults in Rutland County. The group will meet Fridays from July 10 through August 14, from 2:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m., at the SVCOA Rutland Office, 143 Maple Street, Rutland. This free program provides a compassionate space for participants to share experiences, reflect, and connect with others navigating grief and loss. Attendance at all six sessions is encouraged to support the group experience. Advance registration and a screening conversation are required. Space is limited to eight participants.
