1st Workshop in the Series
PREP FOR THE WEEK PART 1
We set ourselves up before a recipe so we can follow the instructions and put our attention to the cooking and flavor building. Learn kitchen organizational tips, knife skills, and ways to keep your larder filled and ready for quick and easy meals the rest of the week. We will navigate kitchen prep by building out a salad bar for the week. Class includes take home prepped ingredients from local produce and a salad roadmap.
