Make a Band Camp

Bring your instrument from home, borrow one from the Chaffee, or simply use your voice.  In this 2 week session you and your fellow campers will become a band.  You will learn to arrange or possibly compose a song, play your instrument of choice, and work together to make your band singularly awesome.  Our goal here is not to magically become amazing musicians in 2 weeks, but to work together creatively towards a common goal.  Arrive open-minded and ready to rock, or roll, get jazzy, learn a bluegrass tune, or build a string quartet.  2 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursday from 9am to Noon July 6, 8, 13, 15 Ages 6-11 $85 Instructor: Helen Taylor, Green Mountain Music
