Maple Open House Weekend at Baird Farm

Join us on our 4th generation maple farm on March 21st and 22nd 10-4pm to celebrate all the Vermont tradition of maple sugaring. FREE and open to all ! We will be offering - Free Sugarhouse and Sugarbush Tours throughout the day, Boiling (Weather Permitting), Maple Tastings, Free Rosemary Waffles, Campfire and old fashioned old fashioned cauldron sap boil, Maple Beer with Red Clover Ale (date TBD), Maple Giveaways, 1:00pm : Tree Tapping on both days, Sat the 21st, 11-1pm: Music with Ethan Nelson and Patrick Fitzsimmons, Sat the 21st, 10-2pm: Come Alive Outside Maple S'mores, Sat the 21st: Vermont Organic Farmers - with an organic maple activity!
