Mobile Healthcare Clinic Coming to Fair Haven
We have some exciting mobile clinics coming up starting this May
Our first stop: Fair Haven! We’re partnering with Slate Valley Cares and will be bringing our services to YOU on May 5th from 12-2pm. Stop by for a free basic health screening, including:
-Blood pressure & glucose screening
-Lipids point of care testing
-Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT)
Our mobile clinic will have licensed staff to offer care
