Mobile Healthcare Clinic Coming to Wells
Are you an uninsured or underinsured adult and in need of healthcare services?
Our mobile health van will be coming to Fair Haven this May to make care more accessible for our neighbors. Stop by for a free basic health screening, including:
-Blood pressure & glucose screening
-Lipids point of care testing
-Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT)
Our mobile clinic will have licensed staff to offer care
