Join myself and certified life and mind body coach Bonnie Olson for a spring equinox reset!
We will start with a GENTLE 30 min yoga flow. Bonnie will follow this up with a group coaching session/workshop sharing tricks and tools on how to lighten up the self pressure we create internally so we can head into spring feeling lighter and brighter! We will work on intention setting and clearing what we no longer need that weighs us down. The last half hour will be a nice restorative/yin segment to seal in your intentions and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed!!
