60th Annual VFW Loyalty Day Parade 2023 The Rutland Loyalty Day Parade Committee, on behalf of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Rutland Post 648 is inviting your business, organization, school, department, or marching units to participate in the 60th Annual Loyalty Day Parade in Rutland. This year we are setting up color guards, marching units, floats, fire and recuse departments, businesses, and organizations to march by representing your towns.
