According to the World Bank, average life expectancy has increased from 52.5 in 1960 to 72.2 in 2017 for humans around the world. Yet with this increased length of time, an increasing number of people are living with chronic medical conditions--heart problems and blood pressure issues, diabetes, cancer, depression, and anxiety, to name a few. If Western medicine is teaching us how to live longer while managing symptoms of these diseases, do we have the ability to take back our personal power and not only expand the length of our lives, but the quality of our lives? ABSOLUTELY! In this workshop, we will explore various ways to improve quality of life and support healing. Participants will leave with simple techniques they can use daily to improve well-being, including movement, meditation, sound, aromatherapy, touch, and thought. We will review some of the research that exists on nutrition for supporting healing as well. Each participant will also receive William Kelley's recording, "Expand the Love" that will be personally programmed!
