This fall, enjoy a Sip + Shop on Saturday, November 7, in Downtown Rutland, Vermont!
This year, we’re reimagining our Sip + Shop event by embracing a uniquely Vermont time of year: Stick Season. With so many holiday shopping and tasting events taking place across downtowns and communities throughout the region, we saw an opportunity to create something fresh and distinctive for Downtown Rutland.
The Stick Season Sip + Shop will celebrate the transition between fall and winter, giving people a reason to get out, explore downtown, and support local businesses during a traditionally quieter time of year. By partnering with local food, beverage, craft, and artisan vendors, the event will feature seasonal sips and bites, locally made products, and special promotions throughout downtown.
It’s an opportunity to embrace Vermont’s in-between season while encouraging visitors to shop local, discover something new, and experience all that Downtown Rutland has to offer.

DAY OF EVENT
Attendees will check in at the Downtown Rutland Partnership's new office at 28 Center Street. There, you will receive a map and a tasting glass. After that, you can visit all the participating locations at your own pace.
Please remember: Tickets that include alcohol are only available for individuals aged 21 and older. Each attendee must bring a photo ID to the check-in table as proof of age.
