WHAT THAT MEANS:

VIDEO PACKAGE

Thinking about a promotional video for your business? A video shoot can be expensive, time consuming, and difficult to execute. Not with us!

WHAT THAT MEANS:

We will provide you with a professional videographer that has years of experience working with big brands to deliver a promotional video that can be shared across a variety of platforms.
You’ve got the team, branding throughout the event, and a full-service video production team. All you have to do is show up and give us a sense of what you’d like to accomplish. This could be to promote your product or service, as a talent acquisition tool, or to highlight a great memory for your business.

PHOTO PACKAGE

Just like the video package, we will have a professional photography capturing the day’s event, providing you with a custom photo package.

WHAT THAT MEANS:

We take the work away from you. You’ll have event branding and your team participating. We will create a custom photo package that can be used for your business.
This could be to promote your business on social media, added content for your website, or as a great tool for employee engagement, retention, and acquisition. EVENT ACTIVATION

You’ll be provided with an event footprint within our golf festival area to interact with participants and spectators. That’s right, spectators are welcome and FREE!

At every Foreplay Golf Event, we will be delivering festival challenges open to all. We’ll have music, food vendors, and provide an intimate setting to engage with the local community. You have unlimited flexibility for your product or service. You can sell your items providing a director ROI, run a giveaway for lead capture, or just provide more information about your business. The choice is yours, and we’ll be with you every step of the way to help.

DIGITAL PROMO

The Team Sponsorship Package doesn’t stop at event day. We will provide branding across our digital properties including email, SMS, website, and social media.

WHAT THIS MEANS:

This partnership starts the minute you sign the deal with us. This includes promoting your business on the event page, via social media and marketing to our 1,000+ email database. We are determined to bring you the value that you deserve when partnering with us. And nothing is off the table! If you have an idea that leverages our audience to promote your product or service, we’ll work with you hand and hand to develop and deliver.

HOLE SPONSOR

For an added element of branding, you will receive a hole sponsorship that includes your company banner included in the package!

WHAT THAT MEANS:

The Hole Sponsorship provides an added branding element which we will incorporate into your video and photo package. But thinking outside of the box, this is also an opportunity to give a prize pack for a specific challenge (think closest to the pin or longest drive), and can be an additional opportunity to promote your product or service, or could be another lead generation opportunity.
