Cornerstone Housing Partners is opening a new building at 133 Forest Street this summer, and we are currently accepting applications.  The building will have apartments ranging from efficiencies to 2 bedrooms.  The rent ranges from $950-$1,346 based on apartment.  The rent includes heat, hot water, electricity, trash removal, and snow removal. 

There are income limits, the highest income we can accept by household sizes are below:

• 1 person: $58,640
• 2 people: $67,040
• 3 people: $75,440
• 4 people: $83,760
