To help families create stability, get on a better career path with good wages and benefits, we are promoting a DOL/Vermont Tech grant that would fund eligible parents to take the nationally recognized
CERTIFIED PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN CERTICATE course at CCV.
 
Rutland County offers numerous manufacturing career opportunities and the CPT Certificate will ensure you stand out to potential employers!
 
Eligibility includes:
- parent or guardian 17 years or older
-one or more children 14 or under or at least one child with a disability
-eligible to work in US
-not currently working in manufacturing
 
CCV
Two courses are required to complete the CPT Certificate Program. Each course is offered each semester and is one night a week at the Rutland campus. Students are encouraged to take one class each semester.
 
CCV FALL SEMESTER
#1 Principals of Manufacturing: Starts Monday September, 9  from 6-8:45pm
#2 Manufacturing Technology: Starts Tuesday September 3  from 6-8:45pm.
