Tai Chi is an ancient, Chinese, graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi is considered generally safe for all ages and levels of fitness.

This is a six-week, beginner level class and is recommended for people with arthritis, diabetes, stress and a variety of other health conditions, or for anyone looking for a gentle form of exercise.
